All prices are correct at the time of printing.
In correction to the information given in the catalogue, VAT is
not charged on any of these items. While every effort has been made to
ensure that colour reproduction is as accurate as possible, slight variations
may occur as a result of the photographic and print processes. In the
unlikely event that our suppliers change the specification and price of a product,
we reserve the right to modify these accordingly. All dimensions are approximate.
Due to the hand finished nature and materials of some of the items , some variation
may occur between actual goods and those pictured. The title of the goods passes
to the customer at the time of payment, until such time, Lindsey Loves, retains
full legal and equitable title to the goods supplied.
All products shown are subject to availability. We reserve the
right to refuse to supply any individual or company. You must be over
18 years of age to order from this catalogue.
Giftwrapping
All Baby Boxes, Children’s boxes and Nanna’s Knitting gifts,
come gift wrapped with the option for us to send the gift straight to the lucky
recipient with a handwritten note from you. We hope you find this packaging
makes your gift even more special. Please call if you would like to request
gift wrapping on any other items. Giftwrapping is not available for all
items. Sorry!
Delivery
Standard delivery items
Standard delivery is £5.50 per order for UK - up to 7 days. Next day delivery
not available online. Sorry!
For delivery to the following postcodes please e-mail or call us and we would
be happy to supply a quote. IV,HS,KA27-28,KW,PA20-49,PA60-78,PH30-44, PH49-50,
ZE, BT, IM,TR21-25.
The cost for delivery falls into 3 categories
Standard delivery - up to 7 days
Orders under £70 = £5.50
Orders between £70.01 and £149.99 = £9.95
Orders upwards of £150 = £12.00
We aim to dispatch your goods within 7
days from the receipt of the order (subject to stock availability).
Please allow up to 14 days for receipt. If your item
is not in stock and cannot be delivered within 14 days, we will email or telephone
you with an expected delivery date. Should you have a specific date that
you require an item please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate
your request and let you know either way to avoid any disappointment.
Made to order items
Please allow 20 days for receipt. Should you require the items for a certain
day please call to discuss and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order without incurring any costs providing the
goods have not been dispatched. If they have already been dispatched then
the returns policy will apply.
For personalised or made to order gifts you may cancel or amend your order within
48 hours of placing the order. We reserve the right to charge 100% of
the costs should the item be cancelled after this time.
Returns policy
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, we will arrange for a replacement
or refund (subject to availability), if notified within 7 days of receipt of
the goods. We request that unsuitable goods should be returned to us in
a new condition within 7 working days of receipt. Please call to obtain a returns
reference number before returning the goods. Returns not notified within
7 days cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please wrap the items securely, fill
in the returns form which is supplied with the item and use insured registered
delivery to return to the below address. Postage and packaging costs are non
refundable and are at your expense. In the event of the goods being faulty
we will cover the cost of the postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Made-to-order
items are non-returnable unless faulty. If we find the product has not been
returned to us is a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse
a refund. We will refund your original delivery cost if the item is faulty
or damaged but not when the product is simply unwanted.
