It's easy (and oh so fun, too)!
1. Browse our designs until you find something you like, and click on
it.
2. On the design page, select the colour and size, if applicable, that
you would like, and click the "Buy now" button.
3. You'll then be taken through to the secure Paypal shopping cart where
you can either buy the item or head back to our products by hitting "Continue
shopping" button.
4. When you've got everything you want in your cart, you can complete
the checkout process. On the "Your Shopping Cart" page, click
the "Proceed to checkout" which will take you through to the
customer details page and billing area.
5 . Once you've filled out your information an order confirmation screen
will appear, and you will receive an order confirmation via email.
That's it! So simple! I love Internet shopping!

In most cases, we are able to make changes to your order. This can usually
be done if you email us within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. if
the item has already been despatched then you will need to follow the
returns proceedure. For made to order items cancellations must be
made within 48 hours of the order. Cancellations after this time
will be charged at 100%.

We try to give accurate stock information when you place your order,
but as we don't (as yet) run a live stock update system, when stock gets
low we can't promise we will have what you ordered. Sometimes we'll
just plain sell out and it takes a while to re-order. If something
is out of stock you can place a back order if we are getting more of that
product in we will give you an expected delivery time. We do not charge
your card until the item is in stock and is ready for dispatch.

We aim to dispatch your goods within 7 days from the receipt of the order
(subject to stock availability).
Please allow up to 14 days for receipt. If your item is not in stock and
cannot be delivered within 14 days, we will email or telephone you with
an expected delivery date. Should you have a specific date that you require
an item please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your
request and let you know either way to avoid any disappointment
Made to order items
Please allow 20 days for receipt. Should you require the items for a certain
day please call to discuss and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Returns policy
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, we will arrange for a replacement
or refund (subject to availability), if notified within 7 days of receipt
of the goods. We request that unsuitable goods should be returned
to us in a new condition within 7 working days of receipt. Please call
to obtain a returns reference number before returning the goods.
Returns not notified within 7 days cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please
wrap the items securely, fill in the returns form which is supplied with
the item and use insured registered delivery to return to the below address.
Postage and packaging costs are non refundable and are at your expense.
In the event of the goods being faulty we will cover the cost of the postage
and either refund or exchange the goods. We cannot accept
liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Made-to-order
items are non-returnable unless faulty. If we find the product has not
been returned to us is a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right
to refuse a refund. We will refund your original delivery cost if
the item is faulty or damaged but not when the product is simply unwanted.
